Mindfulness
Mindfulness isn’t a pose, or the way you sit with crossed legs, or what you do with your hands. It’s how you move through the day, how you notice, how you respond, how you stay with yourself.

In Jon Kabat -Zinn's words:
"When we speak of meditation, it is important for you to know that this is not some weird cryptic activity, as our popular culture might have it. It does not involve becoming some kind of zombie, vegetable, self-absorbed narcissist, navel gazer, “space cadet,” cultist, devotee, mystic, or Eastern philosopher. Meditation is simply about being yourself and knowing something about who that is. ”

I offer mindfulness as a gentle, everyday practice, not a special skill, not a
fixed routine, and definitely not something you have to get “right.”
You don’t need to empty your mind or sit still for hours. Together, we explore small, accessible ways to bring more awareness into daily life pausing before you react, noticing your breath during a walk, or simply being with what you
feel without rushing to change it.
These are quiet practices that meet you where you are, without pressure or performance.
Mindfulness isn’t about becoming calm or focused all the time. It’s about noticing what’s here your body, your thoughts, your emotions with curiosity
and care.
Over time, this attention can support emotional regulation, reduce stress, and help you feel more present and connected in your own life.
