In our work together, we focus on building awareness, developing new ways of relating to your experience, and moving toward lasting, meaningful change.
I draw from polyvagal theory, somatic practices, cognitive-behavioural tools, and mindfulness-based approaches. That means we’ll pay attention to both your thoughts and your nervous system how your body responds to stress, the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and how we can gently shift those over time.
