How do I book the free initial consultation?
Your first consultation is completely free and designed to help us get to know each other. You can book it directly through the online calendar , I never ask for card details and no payment is required.
Important: Even though you’ll see booking times as if it’s a standard session, the system will not charge you for this first meeting. You'll receive a confirmation email with all the details after booking. Check Spam folders.

What happens during the free consultation?
This is a 30 minute video call, on Zoom, where we explore your current situation, what you're looking for, and whether we’d be a good fit to work together. There’s no obligation to commit after this call.
What if I don't use Zoom?
We can meet on WhatsApp video, Google Meet or we can have a phone conversation using WhatsApp audio.
What kind of therapy do you offer?
I work from an integrative approach that combines mindfulness-based strategies, cognitive-behavioural tools, emotional regulation, and trauma-informed care. Sessions are tailored to your needs and often draw from polyvagal theory, attachment theory, and contemplative psychology. You’ll find the space warm, respectful, and free of pressure.
How often do I need a session?
This depends on your rhythm and what you’re navigating at the moment. Most clients benefit from weekly sessions, especially at the beginning, while others may find bi-weekly or monthly check-ins more appropriate over time. We can adjust the frequency together. There is no right or wrong here.
Do you see couples?
Yes, I offer couples sessions. These focus on improving communication, understanding emotional cycles, and reconnecting in more secure ways. I draw on Non violent Communication and attachment-based methods to help partners move beyond conflict and disconnection.
What languages do you work in?
I offer sessions in English, Spanish, and Italian.
