I offer CBT sessions as a practical, collaborative approach to help you understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours are connected and how small shifts can bring more clarity, stability, and ease.

CBT doesn’t push for toxic positivity or quick fixes. Instead, it offers tools to help you notice unhelpful patterns, challenge what no longer serves you, and experiment with new ways of thinking and responding.

Together, we’ll look at the inner loops that may be keeping you stuck  whether it’s anxiety spirals, self-criticism, or habits that feel hard to change and work toward building strategies that are both realistic and sustainable.

This approach can be especially helpful if you're dealing with anxiety, low mood, intrusive thoughts, or patterns that feel hard to break. It’s not about becoming someone else  it’s about giving yourself space to try something different.
